RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must include original tags and packaging
• Must have proof of purchase

EXCHANGES

We provide exchanges within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Exchange Fee: Exchange is allowed only once per purchase. Every time you exchange, a nominal fee of ₹149 will be deducted per exchange.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You will be notified about approval
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

 Bank processing may take additional time.
